The Mining Investment Insurance Corporation had a very strong presence in the MINEX 2019, in order to show support for any kind of mining activity.
According to the Mining Investment Insurance Corporation’s public relations, the 8th annual Iran’s International Mines and Mining Industries Exhibition, the MINEX 2019, started on Monday morning, October 8, 2019, in Imam Khomeini’s Musalla in Tehran. 200 Iranian and foreign companies were present in this exhibition, as it was finished on Wednesday, October 10.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was carried out with the presence of mining authorities such as IMIDRO’s chairman, the Mining Investment Insurance Corporation’s CEO, and other authorities from mining communities along with well-known researchers and mining scientists.
The Mining Investment Insurance Corporation had a strong presence in this exhibition, which was held this year specifically aiming “fighting with sanctions and supporting domestic productions”. From other purposes of this exhibition one could name the introduction of mining industry’s potentials from different parts of the country, a demonstration of achievements by miners and producers, a description on the opportunities and capacities of investment and capitalization, finding new markets and expanding the exports, the effort to expand the domestic productions, the improvement of the business’ environment and introducing the country’s mining capacities, guiding the domestic and foreign investments towards mining industries, presenting the new technologies and providing an effective competitive environment among different companies.
This exhibition is held annually, in order to introduce the investment opportunities regarding Iran’s mines and mining industries in three main sections of discovery, extraction and processing. Different industries, tools and machinery, mining industries, investing companies, financial and credit institutions and consulting engineers are present in this exhibition.
