Mr. Sargheini: The Cadaster System Has Made the Whole Mining Process More Clear
“Since the Cadaster System has been launched, the mining processes have become clearer.” Said the vice of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade.

 

According to the Mining Investment Insurance Corporation’s public relations, quoting SHATA, Jafar Sargheini said in the Mining Supreme Council as the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade was present,: “the cadaster system has been very successful and except a couple of complaints, the users seem to satisfied with it. Most of the country’s mines have technical managers, but 10% of them don’t have this position yet.”
Mr. Dariush Esmaili, the chief of Tehran Mining Engineering Organization, also emphasized that “according to the work basics and safety measures all the mines should have a technical manager, and the technical manager is a person with working license.”
Mr. Esmaili requested from the chairmen of the organizations of Industry, Mine and Trade in different provinces to follow up and execute the verdict passed in the Mining Supreme Council and added: “the council orders verdict in some cases of violating the rules of mining, but the authorities in different provinces do not act accordingly, and have to be tracked and inspected.”
The Mining Supreme Council is held at least once a month with the presence of the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, the Minister’s mining vice, representatives from the Judicial system of Iran, Department of Environment, Geological Survey and Mineral Exploration of Iran, Iran’s Mine House, Commerce Room and Islamic Consultative Assembly, in order to analyze different mining subjects and mining rules violation cases.
