The Mining and Mining Industry’s Exportation Value reached 5,612 billion dollars from March to December 2020.
According
to the Mining Investment Insurance Corporation’s public relations, quoting from
IRNA, according to Iran’s Custom statistics, the amount of exportation of the
mine and mining industry from March to December 2020 was registered more than
34090000 tons.
December’s
Exportation Value
The
statistics show that more than 3.9 million tons of the Mine and Mining Industry
products worth more than 762 million dollars were exported to the target markets.
Steel ingots and products, copper cathodes and
aluminum ingots make most of the Mine and Mining Industry’s exported products.
Other Mining Industries
According to the statistics, the share of other
mining industries was more than 231000 tons of products worth more than 386
million dollars.
The government’s policy regarding this matter is
to prevent the sale of raw material and reaching the highest added value from
the exportation of the Mine and Mining Industry’s products.
Non-Metal Mining Industries
From March to December 2020 the amount of the
non-metal products exported was more than 6 million tons, worth more than 214 million
dollars.
Previous statistics show the 20% share of the
mining products of the country’s non-oil exportations.
From March to December 2020, Iran’s mining
products exchanges were more than 122 million tons of mining products worth 58
billion dollars, exporting more than 94 million tons worth 28 billion dollars
and importing 28 million tons of products worth 30 billion dollars.
