The Meeting on Reviving, Reactivating and Developing Small Mines Was Held in Ilam Province

According to the Mining Investment Insurance Corporation’s report, following the meetings held in IMIDRO and the correspondence with Ilam Province, the mee on “reviving, reactivating and developing small mines” was held in Ilam Province.

This meeting was held in the presence of the chairman of the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Ilam Province, representatives of the “reviving, reactivating and developing small mines” project and the Mining Investment Insurance Corporation’s vice presidents.

Granting facilities for the complementary discoveries in Bitumen mines, and also attracting investors for building Bitumen processing units for the province were discussed in the meeting. There were also discussed, and decided on, 30 applications for insurance policies and introduction to banks, regarding mining and processing, in order to get the needed facilities through the Mining Investment Insurance Corporation.
